Using 4096x
4096x.com offers free number merge games you play in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What you may do
You may play every game on the site for free, for your own fun, as often as you like, and share links to it. Please do not copy the games or their artwork onto other sites, try to break or overload the site or its counters, or use automated tools to send it large numbers of requests.
Ownership
The games, their code, artwork, names and videos belong to 4096x. The fonts and the physics library the site uses are included under their own open licences.
Your saved games
Scores and saved games are kept only in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot restore them if your browser's data is cleared, and they may be reset when a game changes.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. We may change, add or remove games, or take the site offline, at any time. To the extent the law allows, 4096x is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site.
Other sites
Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other sites lead to services we do not control; their own terms apply. Our videos on YouTube are also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Questions: write to [email protected].
