How to play 4096 Torch

You run down a dark crypt holding a torch with a number on it, and ghosts with numbers come at you down five lanes. Change lanes to run into the ghost that matches your torch: the two merge into the double, so a 16 torch that meets a 16 ghost becomes 32, and every second catch lights a lost flame again. Ghosts smaller than your torch burn up for points. A ghost bigger than your torch puts out one of your three flames, and when all three are out the game ends. Your torch only lights the ghosts close to you; farther off you see just their eyes. Ghosts come faster each time your torch grows. Build a 4096 torch to win.

Tap left or right of yourself, or swipe, to change lane. Keys: ← → change lane, P pauses, and the game pauses itself when you leave the page. U rewinds about 3 seconds, 3 times per game. Your twin glows gold; bigger ghosts have red eyes. Your game and best score stay in this browser.
