How to play 4096 Bounce

You bounce a ball with a number on it off a paddle into a wall of numbered bricks. Hit the brick that matches your ball and the two merge into the double, so a 16 ball that hits a 16 brick becomes a 32 ball, and every merge gives back a lost ball. A brick smaller than your ball breaks for points. A brick bigger than your ball only bounces it back, and breaks for no points after three hits. Where the ball meets the paddle sets its angle: near the middle it flies straight up, near the ends it flies off to the side. A new row of bricks pushes the wall down every few seconds. The game ends when the wall crosses the red line or when you lose all four balls past the paddle. The ball and the wall get faster each time your ball grows. Build a 4096 ball to win.

Slide your finger on the field or move the mouse to steer the paddle. Keys: ← → move the paddle, P pauses, and the game pauses itself when you leave the page. U rewinds about 3 seconds, 3 times per game. Your twin brick has a gold edge; bigger bricks are faded. Your game and best score stay in this browser.
